16.01.2022 IN PROFILE: SKIRT STEAK Since we profiled the skirt steak last week, we've had a number of orders already placed for this distinctly marbled and rich in flavour cut of wagyu beef. This cut we normally sell direct to restaurants, but we're giving you the opportunity to try it out for yourself! It is generally cooked quickly on high heat (plenty of salt & pepper for crispiness!) and sliced against the grain. Traditionally used for fajitas, but perfect for a family ‘serve yours...elf’ meal or in a big hearty salad, and can also be slow cooked to melt in your mouth tenderness.
