25.01.2022 After months of hard work, the new shed was officially opened on 14 August 2018. Members have settled into the new shed and are really enjoying the space, lots of benches, a separate machine room and a comfortable tea room. They are producing lots of great things...

Please check out our range of hand made woodcraft items at the Colac Woodcrafters Guild. Items range from BBQ Caddies, paper towel holders, bowls, rolling pins, cheese and dip boards, egg cups, tooth pick holders, small jewellery boxes, recipe book holder, trays, rolling pins, vase, lazy susans, cheese knives, knitting wool holder and a large variety of chopping boards among many other items crafted from a large range of woods. Please remember that at the moment we are only open on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings. But come along and browse around our Showroom and find that "just right" item you are searching for. 15.01.2022 Countdown to the Wood Design Exhibition! We've set up a display of club members' work in the COPACC foyer as a taster for the big show in the main hall next weekend.

13.01.2022 The Colac Woodcrafters Guild extend a big warm welcome back to our premises now we have re-opened, albeit on a limited basis. We currently have 3 sessions scheduled each week, being Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. each week. Please remember, we must adhere to all the current Covid-19 regulations. At this point in time we are unable to offer one-on-one to assistance to people wanting to learn the finer skills of woodwork. However, we wi...ll let you know as soon as we are able to accept new members to our Guild. Those seeking a friendly group, who already have a knowledge of woodwork and know how to handle our tools and equipment are very welcome to come along and join us on any, or all of the three mornings we are open each week. Look forward to catching up with you at our big green shed at the Colac Showgrounds. See more

03.01.2022 Saturday workshop has started at last! Members can now use the workshop and all the facilities on Saturday morning. A group of new members are now going through... an induction program to make sure they understand how our club works and they can safely use the machinery and equipment.
