19.01.2022 Late evening Service call repair complete. Installer did not install the outdoor unit on a flat level surface or secure it down. After recent heavy rain the paving had sunk down, allowing excess vibration to cause unit to move and crack the copper pipe and lose refrigerant. Temporary lifted outdoor unit with a spare paver. Flares re done, nitrogen test and evacuate moisture. New refrigerant and unit back up and running.
