25.01.2022 This was at 9.30pm on a Wednesday night, we just finished work, and its been like this for weeks now. So much gratitude to all of our happy Cold Rock customers. What a great start to 2021

23.01.2022 Cold Rock Airlie Beach will be closed ALL day today, as are using the quietest time of the week to get in the factory and build our stock back up from the Covid 19 shut down. We will be making all of the most popular flavours, and will have four new creamy, (non dairy) fruit sorbets for you to try. We will be back open as usual tomorrow from 1pm until 9pm. Top left, With Mint/ choc chip, Mango, strawberry and bubble gum icecreams, with coloured choc drizzle and crushed sherbet. this cake is sure to please everyone. Price $55. Top right, SOLD- Marbled chocolate and cookies and cream icecream donut cake, filled with an assortment of all your favourite Confectionery treats. Price $55. 22.01.2022 Our new sorbet cakes are becoming quite a popular alternative for those wanting a cool change. This was my latest sorbet cake, picked up today for someones special day. This torte style sorbet cake started with our gorgeous chocolate sorbet, followed by our very popular Fruit of the Forest sorbet, then our old favourite mango sorbet, then our new favourite, pineapple/ coconut sorbet, then a hidden layer of oreos, and lastly lemon sorbet with nerds mixed in. All of this was then adorned by ice magic, Farero Rochers, Rafaelos, lindt dark chocolate, and a mix of strawberries, raspberries and a drizzle of passionfruit pulp. Mmmm!

19.01.2022 It is with much regret that we at Cold Rock are having to close again today until further notice, due to the major Rd works going on outside the shop, as we need to keep the dust out of the shop. We are desperately hoping that it will be finished and we can open for the holiday trade?

We cant wait to see you. :) We have a great selection of icecreams and ( non dairy) sorbets, all home made locally, and of nearly all Australian ingredients, so if youre feeling like a mouth watering treat, weve got you covered.

14.01.2022 Super excited to share my latest creations, inspired by our beautiful vegan and lactose free community. Introducing the home made sorbet torte cake. Incorporating layers of lemon sorbet with nerds mixed in, then passionfruit with a strawberry lining, then a layer of blackberry sorbet, followed by a final layer of pineapple/coconut sorbet. All toped with a sprinkle of shredded coconut and dressed with lindt dark chocolate and fresh seasonal berries. This cake is for sale, but if you have a preference for any certain sorbet flavours, I can certainly mix and match and personalise your special occasion sorbet cake.

08.01.2022 Always having fun in the Cold Rock Airlie Beach Kitchen. This cake is all sorbet, Mango, Lemon and Fruit of the forest sorbets. Topped with a plate of chocolate and dressed with edible gold painted fruits. This one is for sale now, but this might also be a nice idea for Christmas. What do you think? With, or without the sprinkles?

06.01.2022 2020 has been an amasing, crazy year for us at Cold Rock Airlie Beach. Like any business we have had our ups and downs, we've certainly had our challenges. But we have achieved so much and come so far, and we thank our loyal customers for a good part of that. We baught Cold Rock in 2019 and finished paying it off early, in 2020, despite being in lock down for so long, and to top things off, we have huge thing happening in 2021, so watch this space. We are open today from 11am as usual, but we won't be closing until 1am tomorrow morning to help you celebrate after the midnight fireworks, so come and see us, we'll be waiting for you. Due to Halloween being such a big thing in the Whitsundays and so many, either having Halloween parties, or going house to house to celebrate the occasion, we have decided NOT to open Cold Rock Airlie Beach on Saturday night.
