07.01.2022 To all our Menulog and Delivery customers, Last night 10/10/2020 we saw and had some issues with processing and dispatching orders, and for this we would like to to apologise. We have spent the whole night and morning figuring out what went wrong and rectifying the problems as well as determining the best way to prevent this from occurring again. Some of our customers wait times were longer then expected, a couple didn’t receive their order (we know who you are and we will co...ntact you) and added procedures are currently being put in place to help us manage large influxes of deliveries. Again, to all our customers, we are sorry if there have been issues and we look forward to our future business together. As a guide, to get your order delivered at around the time you would like, we recommend placing a pre-order on Menulog or over the phone, that way you will get in within a 10-15 min window either side of your allotted time.
