15.01.2022 Something to share- when we decided to start our bee hive our thought was to help out the vegetables we were growing and maybe get some honey . 2 years on and we have learnt how busy the bees are , off gathering pollen from the natives and gum trees in the area, visiting local gardens bringing back pollen and honey. As each season is different , we made a decision to extract our honey by hive. We wanted each extraction to maintain its flavour, so we never mix or blend our hon...ey, nor do we add anything to our honey. As we come into cooler weather and you start buying your honey, think of Colebee Honey for your next purchase.

11.01.2022 Warm weather has kept our bees busy. We have bulk supplies of honey and honeycomb. We keep our extractions unique to each hive- we don’t blend our honey so our flavours are delicious.
