Just a quick note to say that the clinic is still open for chiropractic adj and I am taking all necessary precautions to maintain a healthy and safe environment both with strict hand/surface. sanitization protocols. We ask that all patients sanitize their hands on entry and leaving the clinic. We wipe down our benches between patients and wipe down surfaces on the front desk ...as well as the door handles. We are also spacing our patients between appointments to maintain safe social distance in the waiting room. We triage all patients on the phone in terms of whether they have had any contact or s/s of COVID 19 to seek medical attention or stay away from the clinic until deemed safe by professionals. As many people are staying home, the ergonomics of your seating arrangements may be causing discomfort or even pain, so as result it could be beneficial to you and your family to keep up your adjustments during this unprecedented and uncertain time in our lives. 16.01.2022 Good afternoon wonderful Cole Family Chiropractic, I was hoping by now I would be sending out a message indicating I would be back to normal and able to treat and manage all of my patients in the manner they are used to. However, due to these ridiculous extensions of Lockdown I can only treat crisis care patients still. 13.01.2022 Good afternoon Cole Family Chiropractic, I am happy to inform you due to our Association going in to bat for us last night, this morning I woke up to much better news than I last provided for you. The Good News is that I will be able to treat patients without a GP referral at first was the case, who require crisis care during the Stage 4 Lockdown. For example patients who are experiencing debilitating headaches, acute conditions that are not allowing to perform everyday acti...vities and left too long could need further medical attention. To restrict movement during Stage 4 Lockdown, this means that routine care is not permitted. The most important point is that you can still can get care without going to hospitals, which no-one wants to happen at the moment. We continue to wear appropriate PPE and wipe down all surfaces before, during and after patient visits. Please don't hesitate to call the clinic to discuss your options. Stay Safe and Healthy. If you happen to have s/s of head colds just let us know and we will make informed decision on whether you should attend the clinic or not obviously erring on the side of caution. However, most of you don't have these s/s and if you have that nagging ailment that chiropractic care may assist with then do yourself a favour and make that call to come on in, like many of our community continue to do so.
