Missing comfort foods is one issue that is difficult to overcome. A handy, yummy snack to make is kale chips! Kale is high in fibre, has zero fat, high in vitamin k, full of powerful antioxidants and is anti-inflammatory...such a great snack for winter! Cut leaves from stalks, rinse place on tray sprinkle with Himalayan salt or a chilli blend as in picture, a little olive oil and pop in oven on low heat until crispy.
