23.01.2022 Happy Friday Everyone I will never tire receiving these messages. Whenever I meet a new client, buyer or seller my goal is at the end of the transaction for them to be completely happy with the service I provide. ... This keeps me on track everyday. My communication, my follow up, my feedback, everything, I’m always asking myself if I would be happy if I was on the other end. If the answer is no then I know I need to make changes. All feedback is good feedback for me. I encourage my clients to provide feedback even if it’s not great. For me it’s something that needs to be taken on board and learn from it if need be. Not everyone is going to be aligned with your values and beliefs. If I can’t guarantee at the end of the transaction you will be completely satisfied sometimes it’s best to step aside and let someone else who will be a better fit to take the business. That’s okay!!
