24.01.2022 Jo Douglas here - I just had to share this with you all because it's absolutely delicious - the difference is definitely the paste. prawns shredded cabbage sliced red onion... sliced carrot tomatoes cut into chunks sliced red chilli sliced capsicum sliced snowpeas 1 teaspoon minced garlic 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons oyster sauce 1-2 teaspoons COLIN'S CHILLI PASTE (HOT) 2 tablespoons cornflour 1/3 cup chicken stock stir fry in the usual way, serve with vermicelli noodles.
