05.01.2022 Last Friday, our Animation & VFX students had the opportunity to attend an exclusive private tour and gaming session at Fortress Melbourne! Known as Australia’s biggest Esports venue, students explored everything from its state-of-the-art arena to their 60 PC LAN lounge, learning the tech and meeting the people working behind the scenes. Topping the night off with a gaming session on their Alienware PCs, it was an awesome chance for online and on-campus students to get together IRL!

04.01.2022 From forgotten classic techniques to handy tricks, David Carr gave our Audio and Music Production students the drum recording lowdown, learned over his vast production and engineering career. All live-streamed over Zoom too, there was no way anyone was missing out on David’s tips or Head of Audio Jason Torrens' drumming.
