21.01.2022 Spent the morning with Diane Tabbagh (Coordinator, Wyndham Learning Community) uploading partner data into the Collective Impact Assessment Tool - CIAT for Wyndham City Council's Learning Community Strategy. In determining which organisations are partners, rather than participants or contractors, we used the definition we used in the Learning Community Framework Measuring Impact Toolkit (available for download below): 'Partnerships An ongoing arrangement involving the organis...ation collaborating with outside people or institutions in the planning and implementation of an initiative over a period of time. Usually there is some form of agreement, formal or informal, that underpins the partnership.' The first steps are to create a New Project and enter key information about that project's partners. 06.01.2022 Wyndham Learning Festival 2019 is done and dusted and today the Festival Working Group met to start assessing the impact of their partnership in widening participation in learning using the Collective Impact Assessment Tool - CIAT. There was dynamic discussion acknowledging the different levels of engagement and contribution that partners are able to make in keeping with their organisation’s strategic imperatives and resources. 185 events were held during this year’s Festival, catering for all age groups across the LGA and planning is underway for the next one. #collectiveimpact #evidencebasedpractice #communitypartnerships #learningcommunities

Care Plays, is a virtual technology strategy for building vocational skills for young Aboriginal people interested in entering the human services field.
