12.01.2022 There are good reasons to seek out alternatives to chucking clothes in the bin globally the fashion industry is responsible for 10% of all greenhouse gas emissions, with textile production alone is estimated to release 1.2 billion tonnes of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere every year. Vast amounts of water are also needed to produce the clothes we wear too and the fashion industry is responsible for 20% of global waste water.

Mixed emotions - a very challenging and difficult year for many in various ways .. be it personal, emotional, family, business, health etc. It was full of lessons and very different to what I had planned! After the year that was - i go into 2021 feeling capable that I can take on any challenges that are thrown my way. Lockdown for me was -family time - me time!... Time to reflect, plan, pivot, practice resilience, persistence, focus, rest and rejuvenate! It has given me many lessons learned and so much to grow from. It has taught me to always walk my own path, And to be thankful, hopeful, positive and humble!
