18.01.2022 Do you struggle with sleep deprivation. It is torture, as a mum with insomnia I struggled for years so know how it feels. A massage is the perfect one hour time just for you to stop. 17.01.2022 This is pretty much how I felt this morning. My massage room was not available so I booked myself in for a massage. When I get a massage it always reminds me of why I do what I do and why it is so important to have a massage. I also picked up some pointers on what to not do in a massage. As a professional remedial massage therapist I use towels and sheets to cover your body, I only uncover those areas I am working on at the time. No need to feel uncomfortable about being exposed.
