13.01.2022 The Tomkins team at Qscan Radiology Clinics College Junction site have completed the buildings structure and are now well into external claddings and internal... fitout of this new wellness precinct on prominent Sandgate Road in Clayfield. The roof terrace was the largest pour on the project in one slab of 460m3. The project team overcame all challenges to retain the 100 year old existing brick faade of "Durham Place" which has been incorporated into the new design.
