24.01.2022 Full time at Hands Oval and it’s not the result we were looking for going down 14.13 97 to 10.11 71 But it still has been a great year for the club. No one thought we were even going to have a season this year so to finish the year with all three grades playing finals has been a great effort from all those involved. The club will be open tonight and so will the kitchen for meals to celebrate what a great year it has been. All players and supporters are welcome down, we hope to see everyone there.

If you can’t make the game Triple M Southwest will be broadcasting the game live on 1134am and it will also be live streamed to watch via The West. Good luck to our boys today
23.01.2022 Now that the Footy season is coming to a end, it’s time to think about keeping fit in the off season and and helping out the other sporting codes. 13.01.2022 CHANGE OF DATE OF JUNIOR PRESENTATION EVENING Due to many parents and players unavailable and we not realising that it was the start of the school holidays, we have moved the date of the Junior Presentation Evening forward a week to the 19th of September. 12.01.2022 Another full weekend on footy action in Collie starting this afternoon. This afternoon will be the last game for our non travelling junior teams. Jasmine will be having the canteen open again and doing meals from 5:30 tonight. The youth girls and year 9’s have managed to make finals in the junior grades. All junior presentations to held Saturday in the club rooms. Looking forward to seeing everyone there ... And on Sunday is a very big day for the club, playing host to the first finals. All three grades have made the finals this year for the first time in about 8 years. We will be having 5 different teams/clubs coming to Collie on Sunday and one of them teams are the Harvey women’s who feature a handful of Collie players. Please come down and support our three teams and our girls in the Harvey team. Best of luck to all our teams on the weekend.

05.01.2022 Friday night meals are here again, and the canteen will be open during the kindy to year 5’s games, but we need more parents to volunteer a little bit of time in there otherwise the canteen will have to shut if the help isn’t there

04.01.2022 Jarrad Martin will play his 150th League game, receiving his life membership for the Collie Eagles this weekend against Eaton. One of the nicest blokes on and off the field has accomplished a lot in his footy life from fairest and best’s to playing for his state, winning premierships in his holiday away from the club before he returned a few years a go. Congratulations to Jarrad on his wonderful milestone.
04.01.2022 Our dinner menu for the SWFL live stream of the Hayward Medal tonight, we hope to see all players there to cheer on our boys who are a red hot crack to take out a medal.
03.01.2022 Our league team turned one on today winning 11.5.71 to HBL 6.7.43, taking Collie into a preliminary final next week. Our Reserves team went down by a single point, 6.7.43 to Eaton 6.8.44. The clubrooms will be open tonight to celebrate the win and a great season for the ressies boys and to celebrate Mat Michael’s 200th game. The kitchen will be open, hoping to see everyone there tonight.

01.01.2022 Mat Michael will play his 200th league game tomorrow afternoon. Mat also spent a little while playing for South Fremantle during his colts years before come back home, where he has won fairest and best awards. Liam Reuben will also be playing his 50th League game tomorrow also. We will be celebrating these milestones Sunday night back at the club and the kitchen will be open for meals. So with a public holiday on Monday we hope to see all players and supporters back at the club Sunday evening. Tomorrow our League and Reserves teams do battle down at Brunswick oval. Reserves will take on Eaton at 12:15pm and League will take on HBL at 2:20pm. If you can’t make it to the game Triple M Southwest will be broadcasting it live on 1134am.
