24.01.2022 Sorry if this post is a bit long people but we feel it's a discussion we need to have! Update from The Colliefields So many of us are filled with uncertainty ...as the pandemic spreads, but it is the perfect opportunity to come together as a community and support each other. This morning we have been in discussion with industry experts to work out what is the best way to keep our customers and staff as safe as possible while still helping the community to function well during these troubled times. As always, we are committed to providing a safe and clean environment for all our patrons and staff and have received advice and products to ensure our venue has the strictest sanitizing and cleaning procedures in place. It’s not about panicking, it’s about being mindful of issues as they develop and ensuring we’re proactive with your safety as our utmost concern. Our policies have been developed to ensure: 1 All hard surfaces will be regularly cleaned with sanitizing agents 2 High touch areas such as door handles will be fully sanitized routinely every 30 minutes. 3 Strict guidelines and hand-wash procedures for all staff in all areas of the hotel, café and kitchen 4 Hard copy menus sanitized after each use. We have placed menus on the wall for touchless access 5 Alcohol hand sanitizer dispensers will be installed throughout the hotel in the coming days for your use. 6 ZERO CONTACT DELIVERIES yes, we can deliver to you with no contact whatsoever! So what are we actually doing and how can you help to support our hotel and cafe if you can? 1 We are still open! And will remain so as long as we can! 2 Ring us on 97342052 for delivery for our entire menu or some of our specials, coffee, juices, even and/or our vouchers to be used during or after the pandemic (they’re valid for 3 years) THIS INCLUDES ZERO CONTACT DELIVERY! 3 You can call ahead with your orders or pick-up to minimise any wait times - 97342052 4 We’ll even bring it out to your car if you need us to! 5 We sell our delicious Darkstar Calibre coffee for you to brew at home... AND we can grind it for you 6 We try to source as much local produce as possible so supporting us = supporting them 7 We have taken extra sanitation measures on top of the strict ones that we already had in place 8 We have limited tables to increase distance between them and removed self-serve sauces 9 We love your keep cups as much as you do! But for now, all takeaway coffee will be served in our eco-friendly cups. 10 If you are desperate for anything (even toilet paper), let us know and we will help where we can. As we use commercial suppliers we have access to bulk supplies and if we can, we will happily break them down and deliver to you we can even deliver with ZERO CONTACT! We are asking all of you to help us: - Where possible please use Tap & Go over cash purchases - Make use of extra soap, sanitizer and hand drying facilities that have been installed. We’re all in this together, stay safe and healthy and look after one another. Don’t panic and exercise caution with personal hygiene AND LET US KNOW WHERE WE CAN HELP! We’re really sorry and to all our regulars - you know us and you know what to do But we have some work to do and we need the time. Good news is we’ll be open again Tuesday morning and all day for great food and of course our amazing coffee! See you then! And thank you for your understanding.

07.01.2022 COLLIE CRAFTERS! I’m sure this is not the only association in need. We will be looking for more and keep you updated. Meanwhile.... we will be donating part proceeds from every meal and every coffee and every guest stay, to help animal welfare recovery from the fires both in WA and over east. The old wood fir...e that stood in the front bar for a gozillion years needs to go -NOW! Need it gone for the new floor to go down next week. Make an offer and take it away. All the flue too.
