24.01.2022 Racers assembled, ready for a big day of nitro racing at the Velodrome in Collie. Come down and say gday. All funds raised today go towards a permanent nitro track at our Buckingham site.

22.01.2022 Monster Mash 2019 On Sunday, October 27th, we will be holding a speical event. Monster Mash will include Monster Truck Racing and Freestyle, Tamiya Racing, Show... n Shine, BBQ and Door Raffle. The event is proudly supported by Onetencrawlers and RevXS Customs. We really appreciate the support from these wonderful vendors. So please check them out when you are looking for upgrades and scale bits for your Monster Trucks. Feel free to ask anything about the event. The Facebook event will be posted up shortly.

20.01.2022 Just checking the track and while it looks awesome and settling down nicely due to this rain.. unfortunately we cannot race tonight. Sorry for any inconvenience. Saturday is still going ahead until further notice. If the rain goes away, the sun is bright and the ambient temp will dry it out nicely.. so pray to what every deity you feel for some nice weather..

20.01.2022 The race stand is in place, and will be used on Thursday night, and for the EP Interclub this Saturday. Many thanks go out. Darren von Bibra, Chris Murphy, Russell Merhtens, Simon Piavanini, Collie BMX Club.. I am sure there are some we have missed, but massive effort and a great asset for the club. The view is magnificent and cant wait to race on it tomorrow night

19.01.2022 OK, entries are open now. $30 Entry Fee per Driver per Class. Extra classes $20 each. Multiple entry is allowed, however you are responsible for providing a ma...rshall after every race. Nitro Buggy will be Reedy Race style (7 x random grid start races) All other classes 4 x Qualifiers & 3 Finals (best 2 of 3) All races will be 7 minutes in length. EP classes maybe shortened to 5 mins if time permits. All racers will need to be a member of a RCRA affiliated club. Collie RC memberships will be available for the day. Each class requires at least 8 entries, or they will be combined suitably. A total number of entries is set at 72 (6 heats of 12), this is to allow each round to be completed within an hour. Track setup will commence at 7.30am Saturday, ready for Racing by 10am. Electricity for charging batteries will be available, BYO LIPO bags. Racing will be completed by 5pm. 16.01.2022 Its set to be a hot one for tomorrows Round 2 of the Coalwater Cup, our interclub competition with Albany RC Club Track opens at 10:30, Nominations start at 11, and racing commences at 12pm. Hire cars are available on request. We have 8 cars that have been sponsored by our local businesses. The charge is $30. This covers nominations fee, transponder hire and car hire.... Full canteen facilities are available with a large selection of refreshments including bean fresh coffee. Hot food will be available throughout the day. Transponder hire is available, and LiveTime software is used. Full power, potable water and toilet facilities are available.

10.01.2022 Racing is cancelled tonight. This unfortunately ends our racing season. Saturday 6th July will be our final race and presentation. We will hold the presentations regardless of the weather and regardless if we race. Pray to the sun gods

09.01.2022 It is our pleasure to introduce our new working committee for 2019/2020. The Collie RC Club has evolved in leaps and bounds, and we see next season to be no different. With the new premises at Buckingham RC Reserve we will strive to bring a larger scale race track, along with aeromodellers and drone racing. All the while continuing the Wallsend Sprint Circuits excellent record. So please welcome all of the committee

04.01.2022 Saturday Cup Rd 1 Results What a great day and glorious weather we had today for Collie RC Clubs first race of the season. The track was a bit slippery, but everyone had fun. Some great racing throughout the day and very good to see everyone having such a good time.... Thanks to the canteen girls, Skye and Dana. Les from Albany RC Club needs a mention, winning one division, TQing SCT and grabbing the fastest race of the day with his 4wd SCT, the only one to do a 19 lap race all day. Well done mate.

04.01.2022 Membership time. Can all members please ensure they are financial. There are a few that paid last season very late, and the club has decided to extend those memberships to include this year.... If in doubt ask away.

02.01.2022 Great nights racing tonight, thank you all.. everyone seems to be loving the new Reedy method with no qualifiers. The trophy winners: Ryan Peters taking the win with his hard to beat consistent driving. Ben Curchin came in with second with a great drive all night, and the super surprise with Kaz Digney winning her last race with a lap on everyone. Well done. Full results to come.
