22.01.2022 The feedback from our guests in the last couple of weeks has been "awesome!", "great trails..." and "We're coming back". They've stayed in our Cabins and their own caravans/tents, and there's more trails to come. Easily accessible from the Collie River Valley Tourist Park. We're upgrading our wash-down and hitching areas, stocked up on tubes and updating our maps. Book now with this awesome weather on 9734 5088.

22.01.2022 Thanks to the Albany Mountain Bike Club for staying in the park. We hope you enjoyed yourselves and the trails. Hopefully the sun remains out today, Sunday, so you can enjoy more of the trails or repeats of your favorites. We welcome your comments and feedback, especially on ways to improve your experiences. Travel home safely - enjoy the journey, as well as your destinations.... Patrick & Lorna #albanymtbclub

21.01.2022 Thanks to Emma @ Manjimup Central for this map. No matter where you are south of the tropic of Capricorn in WA, there's a Kui park not far away. Why not visit us in Collie with lots to see and do, assisted with self-guided tours? Your next Kui Park is just a stone throw away with amazingly clean, friendly and affordable facilities. @manjimupcentralcaravanpark

18.01.2022 ..oh wow! Our very first bike is visiting already! It looks like one of those hire bikes from Crank n Cycles/Collie River Valley Tourist Park. On hire for those staying in the Caravan Park's Cabins or camping in their own caravans and tents. Why not ride into town on one...or go explore some of the Waggyl and Arklow trails in Collie and surrounds.

18.01.2022 Have you completed your COVID-19 Hygiene and Hygiene Officers course yet? We're just finishing up ours and some very interesting facts came up that we hadn't thought about when we ran around getting COVID-19 ready. Such as: 1. Water taps need to be cleaned after use 2. Power points with flaps etc will also need to be cleaned. They both get touched by guests when they are on powered sites.... @manjimupcentralcaravanpark @toodyayholidaypark @OutbackOasisCaravanParkCarnarvon @FourSeasonsHolidayPark @kojonupcaravanpark @katanningcaravanpark @wonganhillscaravanpark.com.au @GHCaravanPark @drummondcoveholidaypark @Sharkbaycaravanpark Kui Parks See more

18.01.2022 Stage 2: Debugging the grills with 'special magic stuff'. See Jimmy hard at work on your new wash down bay donated by the good folk at Premier Coal Mine @premiercoalmine PDMBC (Peel Districts Mountain Bike Club) Bring your Bikes and stay in one of our cabins with friends or your own cabin with ensuite. Tracks are a short ride away.

16.01.2022 The trails and washdown bay are open, the signs are up and all that's missing is...you! Why not come down after the long weekend and see for yourself what everyone is raving about. Book in early to secure your Lodge, Cabin or camp site. Call us on 9734 5088 #gargoylelodgecollie #e-mtbridersWA, #albanymtbclub, Premier Coal Mine, Gargoyle Lodge, Collie SignFX

15.01.2022 Thanks to Erik from "Crank n Cycles" for the loan of his amazing bike that got me there...and almost all the way back (The last uphill on Watson Street got me off and push it uphill, must be why it's called a push bike). These bikes are also available for hire at the Collie River Valley Tourist Park. Fitter guests will be able to ride the trails as well as the rides to Black Diamond Lake and Minnimup Pool. #crankncycles.collie

15.01.2022 A foggy morning a couple of days ago gave us some amazing pictures in the Park and camp ground, followed by a glorious day with beautiful sunshine. Enjoy.

15.01.2022 Welcome to the Albany Mountain Bike Club. We hope you enjoyed your stay at the Collie River Valley Tourist Park. We tried to turn on good weather for you all and even a small overnight shower on Saturday to make the trails fresh for Sunday. Bike wash can be found opposite the Marquee, just hook the bike on the rail, turn the hose on at the tap and give it a rinse. Your feedback is greatly appreciated. #albanymtbclub

12.01.2022 There's so much to see and do - Have a holiday. You need to recharge after COVID

10.01.2022 Picturesque trails for people of all skill levels. Why not stay with us in the Collie River Valley tourist Park cabins or camping in your own tent/caravan/motorhome. Trails easily accessible.

09.01.2022 See what awesome people mixed with awesome trails and weather gives you. Federal Hotel Collie Collie Mtb Club

09.01.2022 Check out these awesome meals from GrillERZ this Friday Night. Steak Sandwich with a big serving of hot Fries and drink on the left and even bigger Beef Burger full of flavour and good salad on the right. Chips were still hot 5 minutes later. Looking forward to next Friday and hope to try the lamb burger or one of their curry specials. Yum!!

07.01.2022 A reprieve from some of the well-needed rains gave our campers some beautiful days to explore the area. The self-guided tours had them headed off in the four points of the compass... and in between. But with beautiful blue skies, azure Black diamond waters and fire pits comes brisk mornings to snuggle up in. This is what -2.1 looks like this morning.

07.01.2022 The time is now for you to get everything battened down in Western Australia for the Sunday/Monday storm. We wish everyone a safe transition and hope no one gets hurt. If you're in Collie with your van, please tuck away your soft stuff and if you need to move, just come and ask. Wind looks like it will change direction as it passes over us late Sunday night/Monday morning.

06.01.2022 Why not see for yourself? Stay in your caravan, motorhome or tent. Select from one of our Cabin options or spoil yourself in the Gargoyle Lodge. Select a self-guided tour or just drop into one of the many attractions or trails. Go on. Spoil Yourself. Call 9793 2042 (due to Telstra/Optus messup)!!

06.01.2022 Thanks to everyone who was in the Collie River Valley Tourist Park for the Melbourne Cup 2020. The reason there was no-one at the race track is because they were all in the marquee :) The fascinators were fascinating, the gents were dressed up and the pre-Cup races were awesome. Thanks to everyone who put up with our nonsense and we hope you all enjoyed the races and snacks. See you all next year, Wheelie Wanderers, friends and visitors.

04.01.2022 To quote a popular movie, 'Field of Dreams', "If you build it, they will come". So we've built a hitching rail. Not the getting married kinda hitched but somewhere for the Mountain Bikers to park their bikes while they fetch a coffee, ice cream or other refreshment in the office. Now we wait for the riders.

04.01.2022 Yeeeha and thank you. Thank you for ticking the 'Like' button and following us in little ol' Collie. It's been just over 5 years now, nearly six and we haven't killed each other and people still tell us we have great amenities, friendly faces and they repeat Arnie with "Ill be back!":

03.01.2022 Great to host the e-mtb riders WA in the Park and glad the weather was kind to them. They weren't phased by the brisk morning today and we look forward to their return. Rob's down with over 150kms yesterday! Makes my 1km round trip very small :)

03.01.2022 Saturday welcome packs ready for tomorrow

02.01.2022 Wow! wind is picking up... we now have a zephyr and a little rain. We think everything is battened down and might get a couple of vanners from Potters Gorge come and tuck their vans under a lean-to or two. Thinks: "I must keep them away from potential tree hazards... "

01.01.2022 Sorry folks, please empty out your old fire pits into the Galvanised bin by the Dump Point and put them away. Start to batten down and put away soft awnings . If you want to move, please come and see us in the office.
