21.01.2022 Collies & Co. in Samford Village are on the hunt a full time head chef to join our close nit team (family). We are looking for someone with café breakfast and lunch experience, who is hardworking, has a passion for delivering exceptional quality meals and a real pride in their work. Leave the ego at home, but bring confidence, assertiveness and knowledge as you would be responsible for training and mentoring two second year apprentices. You must love dogs, and option to bring... your dog to work with you. Full time position includes both weekend days, however hours are super reasonable finishing at 4pm. Paying above award wages and salary is negotiable for the right candidate. Extra points for any smokehouse/American BBQ experience but not essential. We need a Chef who will take ownership of the kitchen team, rostering, working to KPI’s, stock rotation and ordering, menu costing and creating seasonal menus that will take our café to the next level. Head Chef will have the complete support and backing of both the owner's and management, as we are all ready for the kitchen and menu to take an exciting new direction. 18.01.2022 The Puppy Cuddling experience at Collies and Co. is something I do with my kids every couple of months to lift our spirits and refill our buckets. The cafe ser...vice is friendly, they serve Cleanskin coffee (yum) and their food is enjoyed by everyone! If you haven't been, you will need to book in advance but don't let that stop you! Nurse Emily is trained through @hillspetau puppy school and will cover everything you need to know for your new puppy over the 4 week course, run on Tuesday nights at Samford Scout Den You’ll also get a new puppy pack - packed with the essentials including brush, toys, collar, bowl, nail clippers and more!
