Wander the hallways, take in exhibitions West Space and Bus Projects, browse through Licorice Pie Records and Uro Publications. Explore artist's studios and be introduced to the work spaces of some of the most exciting arts organisations around including Experimenta Media Arts, Auspicious Arts Projects, Centre for Projection Art and Liquid Architecture. You can dive down i...nto the soon-to-be basement home of PBS 106.7FM Melbourne and zoom up to the unique point of view in the former caretaker's residence, perched on the very top of the Johnston Street Building. You'll also find a fascinating interview with the conservation team who care for the Keith Haring Mural, a virtual tour-inside-a-virtual-tour of a large scale street art exhibition from 2018 and a warm video welcome from our CEO. We're grateful to Open House Melbourne and PHORIA for creating this immersive experience - be sure to check out the many other beautiful and interesting buildings and the incredible line up of events at this year's Open House Melbourne.

Explore the hallways and venture into the former classrooms, now turned into hives of creative industry, with Quino Holland and Tim Brooks of Fieldwork. Most importantly, watch this space as we work to bring you an update on our plans in the coming months.

12.01.2022 Creatives of Colour AU's research findings into the challenges experienced by creative people of colour engaging with the arts are now fully illustrated and available online at https://creativesofcolour.com/research. This exciting organisation, based in our Perry Street Building, is also recruiting for two new, paid, co-facilitator roles: open specifically to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders (in so-called ‘Australia’) and Black-identifying or Afro Diaspora people, with the position description available on their website.

11.01.2022 Creatives of Colour AU are offering three Rest and Reflect Residencies for First Nations mob, Black-identifying people and people of colour in need of rest. "If selected, you would receive $1000 to commit to resting and reflecting for 1 half-day period, every week, for 4 weeks in a row. The only ‘outcome’ we will ask for is a reflection (in a format of your choice), in response to the following questions:... (1) How did the residency make you feel?
