06.01.2022 ** ROASTED PORK HOCKS ** Deliciously crispy pork crackle outer with melt in the mouth pork meat inside. Preheat the oven to 180C.... Rub the pork hocks all over with table salt and a little bit of oil. Place in a roasting dish on a bed of sliced apples and onions. Place enough water in the dish to about half way up the sides of the hocks, leaving a good amount of crackle outside of the water. Place into oven and roast for 2.5 hours. Use the apples and onions in the pan to create a delicious gravy. Serve with your choice of sides, apple sauce and gravy. ENJOY!
