21.01.2022 First stage in this Epiphone Casino Coupe rebuild. The electronics have been stripped, holes routed for CTS pots, frets levelled and crowned. The customer wants a complete wiring loom rebuild complete with cloth wire, Sprague caps and Switchcraft socket. The guitar will have both pickups replaced with a Lollar P-90 in the neck and a Gibson P-100 in the bridge, hardware is to be replaced with Tonepros. Salivate a little, you know you want to.

16.01.2022 This was an interesting job. Removing and refretting Ebony is an extremely hard job. The removal was clean, some minor chips were patched and sanded, ready for the refret. Once I had cleaned out the slots, I installed new Dunlop 6000 gauge frets and have finish sanded ready for spraying.
11.01.2022 This one was fun, I had to remove the fretboard to get access to the truss rod. The anchor was pulling back through as someone had over tightened the truss rod under tension. Once I had repaired the join, I re-glued the fretboard and prep'd for refinishing.
