Strategies to resolve conflict peacefully? -When angry, separate yourself from the situation and take time to cool off. -Avoid jumping to conclusions or making assumptions about what another is feeling or thinking. -Listen without interrupting; ask for feedback if needed to assure a clear understanding of the issue. -Forget the past and stay in the present. -Keep the communication open

Why do you need to be on time? . 41% of employers have fired an employee for being late. Being on time is essential to your success. What are the consequences for not arriving on time? - Disrupting your peers learning. - Missing out on important information. - Detentions. - Making up the work you have missed. Consider this... If you arrived 10 minutes late to every classyou would miss a total of nearly 70 hours of learning time throughout the year compared to a student that is always on time. They will be 3 weeks smarter than you. And that is just 10 minutes
