17.01.2022 Two rug cold today 12 feels like 5 more showers, cold enough to freeze the nuts off a jumbo jet. Supposed to be spring time. Wouldn't mind seeing a bit of sun.

15.01.2022 Had one less to milk this morning, one of our best heifers PI 114 and probably would've matured into a 90 point cow was cast on a check bank, why is it always a good one? I am positive they stand around all day thinking up a way to meet their maker. Still had to milk that nervous bad mannered heifer and that fatter plainer type cow that stole her grain again or maybe it could have been that three titter that you should've got rid of. Ya couldn't kill the bad ones with an axe, no they will be around for ten years, coz they get in calf early and you never have enough numbers to sell them. Like Karmal always says why are the bovine gods always so unkind.
