15.01.2022 Red Alert... one of our regular guests can't make it due to the recent boarder closure we now have a vacancy in our large 3 bedroom 2 bathroom river view apartments from today till (out) 14th January 2021 - looking for a last minute holiday - look no further.

13.01.2022 Our latest trip advisor comments - Always a pleasure Our family have been visiting the Colonial on and off now for 13 years. We have just returned from a weeks stay and were very pleased once again. Our unit was beautifully decorated and looked over the newly updated sparkly pool. The furnishings and well equipped kitchen make it feel very homely as well as the immaculate BBQ area. We love the location of this resort, as it is located right on the Noosa river making it so easy to stroll out for a walk or grab a coffee from one of the many cafes and coffee nooks. The resort is always beautifully presented and maintained with friendly and approachable managers. The Colonial is hard to beat as it ticks all the boxes and will always be a family favourite. I cannot rate it highly enough.
