23.01.2022 This year for me has been rather challenging, however it has made me search for the pearls of wisdom and this is what I have foundthat I have inner strength and that I can stand in my integrity and truth. It also has helped me focus on those things that I love and am passionate about. Like these trees I can bend and flow with life’s changes and know that I can choose to be happy regardless of what is going on in my life.

23.01.2022 This was me before I sent my First Newsletter this week! We are all a bit tentative when we start something new or put ourselves out there, however once you do, you feel amazing! Make yourself a promise that you will do one thing every week that stretches you......this picture reminds me of the first time I went rap jumping (jumping down the wall of a 7 storey building in South Melbourne)!

21.01.2022 This is how I have felt this month....slow, slow, slow. We may feel that we are not making any progress. The colder weather makes us want to hibernate, keep warm, snuggle and go within. You may feel you are in transition, changing from the person you have been, yet not quite the person that you want to be......allow this to be what it is and enjoy.

20.01.2022 As the end of 2014 draws near, I have found myself reflecting on this past year. I reflect on the person that I was at the beginning of the year and I see how I have grown since then. I see my strengths and my weaknesses and I embrace them both. This year I stood up for myself and drew a line in the sand and as challenging as it was it led me back to my truth. Happiness is a state of mind.....we ultimately decide whether we will allow ourselves to be happy or not. I choose Happiness and my New Year's Wish for you is that you will too!

04.01.2022 Have you ever hugged a tree? It is the most grounding thing to do..and then you look around you to see who has been watching! :) Lighten up and smell the flowers, have some fun and do something that you never thought you would! Find that inner child in you that is bursting to get out!

03.01.2022 Spent a lovely weekend in Wangaratta visiting family & listening & dancing to wonderful blues at the blues festival. Gave me a different perspective on life.........Life should be fun!
