23.01.2022 Display home vignettes - a wee sample. Despite the rain, it was a fun afternoon to head out to Googong Home Display Village to see Daniel out at BBS homes. (Fingers crossed some private colour consultancy work may come my way). While we were there I took a snapshot of some of the colours and textures used in the display homes. Lots of navy, tan, grey softened with millenial pink - warmth offsetting the cool tones. Also there were quite a few dark coloured bedrooms, natural fibre like leather & basketware, textured walls with tiles and wallpapers. Cushions naturally added colour and interest. Certainly not a bland experience. Googong was once the back of nowhere but now it is growing into a great family-friendly habitat.
