25.01.2022 COVID-19 UPDATE As most of you are probably already aware as of 11:59pm on Sunday the 2nd of August it will be mandatory for everyone over the age of 12 to wear a face covering when leaving their home. This means that all clients entering ColourKing Hair & Beauty and staff will be required to wear appropriate face coverings while inside the premises, unless you have a valid/lawful medical exception or if the service being performed requires you to remove it, once said servi...ce has been completed you must put your mask back on immediately. If you do attend your appointment without the appropriate face covering and do not have a valid reason we will be enforcing a strict NO MASK NO ENTRY! All staff have been made aware of the rules and regulations in regards to the wearing and storing of masks and staff will have their temperature tested at the beginning of every shift. Hand sanitiser is available upon entry into the salon and there is a bottle available at every station. Any beverages offered will continue to be served in disposable cups and we ask that clients bring their own entertainment (phone, iPad, book, etc) as we are unable to provide reading material. We will be enforcing a strict NO EXTRAS policy, this includes partners and children. Unless you have previously contacted us in regards to bring someone with you we request that you come alone. We will not be accepting walk in appointments and would prefer if everyone booked their appointments via our online booking system, message or by calling the salon. We would also like to let our clients know that we have chosen to only offer appointments to existing clients and people from the Sunraysia region. We also ask if you have visited Melbourne that you please call and reschedule your appointment for 2 weeks later. These new rules have been implemented to keep you, our team and the community safe during this pandemic.
