24.01.2022 B70 Yellow/Clear Vision of Splendour. Yellow relates to the Solar Plexus chakra. This is where we assimilate our thoughts into feelings. It’s also the centre of our individual Will (our Ego). The potential here is an active co-operation between the Higher Will and the individual Will. We may have been having wonderful visions of how we’d like our life to be, but fears or confusion may be preventing us experiencing all that life has to offer. By making friends with the con...fusion or releasing our fears, we may have the clarity and knowledge to find our way to our vision or something even better. In understanding our suffering we are letting go to experience the joy that we desire. "I open myself to joy & see the light beginning to shine within me" B45 - Turquoise/Magenta - Breath of Love Sometimes we just need to focus on the simple things, such as the breath. The breath nutures our being. On each in breath, breathe in the love from above. On each out breath allow our creativity to flow. However we find our creativity emerging, if it is expressed with love, kindness and compassion, it may have a healing effect on ourselves & others, bringing a sense of peace and joy. Divinely inspired creativity. The turquoise relates to the process of individuation where we find the answers to the question 'Who am I and what am I here to do?' When we focus on each moment putting caring and love into the little things in our lives we begin to make progress on this journey. "Everything is beautiful in its own way." B38 Violet/Green - Troubadour 2/Discernment. If we can let go of difficulties from the past we can make space in our heart for our truth to be felt and expressed. In a sense this is a transformation of the heart leading to inner peace, balance and freedom. We at times may find our head is thinking differently to what our heart is feeling. In this combination the head (violet) and heart (green) come together. When the head knows what the heart wants, we have better discernment. When we discover our hearts truth in relation to our spirituality we may then feel free to express it in service, having the ability to give others the space they need so healing can take place. 23.01.2022 Trust the wisdom in the body. This is the basis for craniosacral therapy using a biodynamic technique. The intention with this style of craniosacral therapy is to listen, follow and allow the innate wisdom of the body to express itself fully. I’ve added this modality to my service in 2019. If you are unaware as to what Craniosacral therapy is, on a physical level it uses very light touch to the body in particular areas, mainly on the cranium, spine and sacrum, but can be on ...other areas as well. The light touch is facilitating a response from the body’s nervous system, it’s governing body, to bring it back into balance and harmony, enhancing the function of the nervous system, allowing greater mobility of the physical body and calmness and clarity to the emotional body and mind. Nothing is forced, the body responds naturally to the light touch. This process allows for deep-seated trauma to be released from our cells in a gentle manner in a way that only your body and being is able to handle at any given time for it’s own wellbeing. Therefore it is an effective modality for reducing, or potentially eliminating the symptoms of many physical conditions, injuries, illnesses, as well as emotional trauma and the effects from it. I’m currently offering craniosacral sessions on their own or in a combination with light therapy (using colour). 23.01.2022 RAINBOW MAGIC Mmmmm.... Rainbow Bay was nothing short of Rainbow Magic today. Surfing with Soul sisters, Waves (small but still fun), Whales, & Warm Sunshine. And floating in these calm crystal clear waters on the Goddess while a local indigenous man played didgeridoo in sacred ceremony. So Serene. So special. 21.01.2022 Blue Winter skies .....this one just blending in to the backdrop. Hmmmm.... Trust. Faith. Surrender.... This is what comes to me when this one comes through. And of course it's Perfect! There is a higher power calling all the shots....this is becoming more aparent to me every day, and SO much lately. When we fully surrender you can see from an almost detached point of view how different things line up in your life....it's like the most well choreographed play or dance when we just 'allow' it to be. I haven't talked a lot about complimentary colours but feel the need to just touch on it today.....blue relates to the throat chakra & it's complimentary is orange, our sacral chakra. There is a significant relationship between these two. When we work on one we are working indirectly on the other, so by healing those sacral hurts/issues from the past allows us naturally trust more & surrender to 'Thy' Will ....which then opens the door to our creativity, & more confidence in our communication. B50 - Pale blue/pale blue - El Morya El Morya is an Ascended Master who made a commitment to help all human beings evolve in consciousness. Helping us to allow the light in. Thy Will, not my Will. Allowing it to be communicated through us, as we develop faith & trust, of a deep knowing within the self. 14.01.2022 Embrace the essence of the ocean. She can be so many things. She flows with the tides. She is the tides. She rolls with the waves.... She is the waves. She roars with the storms. She is the storm. She settles in the calm. She is the calm. Feel her. Know her. Be at one with her. Because she is you. ~ Turquoise was coming through to me strongly today, but not for the usual fun, playful feelings I feel when I think of it, but more for the letting go, and allowing of the feeling side of being to be whatever it needs to be. ...when I took the bottle out of my bag today it had a bubble in the centre with 2 smaller bubbles inside it... you can see what happened in the video in the comments. And that inspired this piece of writing... 2 in a bubble. In the Sea. Limited. Not free. The bubble burst. Releasing the 2. This is freedom. Floating freely. Free to explore. To Expand. Side by side. Each holding their form. Independently. Able to come together. Or separate. But always in the unlimited potential of the Sea. How is this turquoise feeling for you today?

12.01.2022 I didn’t think I’d have a period in my life when I wasn’t working physically with one of these equilibriums, but I did. In March I went to the Maldives, & in the lead up to that trip I felt it would be a pivotal time in my life. ‘Life before Maldives... Life after Maldives’. I feel like I needed to get naked, strip myself back to my basic self. I finished working with an equilibrium just before I left, and it’s taken until now to feel ready to bring their support on a physic...al level back in. I even had to take off my talismans in that time (apart from a gold, well brass, cuff bangle). No rings, no necklaces. I had to get bare naked, back to my pure essence, so to speak. Why??? I didn’t know, but I had to follow that instinct and my body was telling me with the talismans as my skin would break out if I wore anything. So here I am, with this old favourite. These colours are never far from my awareness. I’m often wearing one or both. Coral and olive green always spark my attention. When I was drawn to this equilibrium, B92-Gretel, I was like ‘duh’ of course it’s this one. It reminds me of the inner strength I find in being vulnerable (naked), and that no matter how difficult life circumstances may be, if I trust my feminine intuition and wisdom, that I will find what is required to overcome the negativities and challenges. The path will become clear as I listen and follow the whisperings of my heart. Sometimes we just need to be still (or naked), to make the space to recognise the way forward (in each moment). I’m looking forward to the natural unfolding of me, as I work with these colours that have been such a support in my life for so long now. Maybe we have been letting go of parts of our past to enable our connection to our true spirituality to be stronger. 01.01.2022 When a keep cup is not just a keep cup... This is my third @potteryfortheplanet keep cup... before was the second pic...and the first...well I don’t think I captured that one in a photo, but I affectionately called it my mermaid cup because it looked like the scales of a mermaid tail. I have a coffee (or 2) every day so my cup needs to be something I connect with. I don’t drink coffee for the caffeine hit, tho I acknowledge that benefit , I really enjoy the ritual and the t...aste, so what I drink it from is significant for me. The cup before last (2nd pic) was not from my usual colour palette. The deep rich earthy red had been making an appearance in my life in some clothing but initially I wasn’t sure about the cup. But I was sooo drawn to it, so I gave it a chance to be mine. I was going away for a week so I had made a deal with myself if it was still on the shelf when I returned then it was meant for me, and it was. I choose these cups to support me, through their colours, and when they break (as 2 have), I’m not upset, but I figure it’s time for some new support for my soul. This last one (first pic), I was drawn to straight away but I was hesitant. I love those colours and people who know me would say ‘Those colours are SO you!’, but still I doubted it was the one, yet at the same time I knew it had to be the one. It was the one that caught my attention first, so it was before the mind or ego got involved. That was that and it was mine. It took me over 24hrs (not long really) to be happy with my choice. Up until then I had been contemplating getting another one to have as well. I had a conversation with a friend about it, exploring what these colours meant to me and why I had been doubting it. I thought it was flaky, after the deep rich red one previously, but the coral was what was carrying this one over the line... the vulnerability of the coral (& it being supported by the feminine and masculine energy of the olive and turquoise), and in that space of vulnerability we find and embrace our inner strength. So flaky, NOT, but bloody strong.... & as my friend pointed out, just like me... I may look flaky and easy to push over, but I’m bloody strong too!
