25.01.2022 So I stayed up late messing around on Blender and have managed to animate my first mini scene that I would like to turn into a mini series maybe. I don't know. I'm just having to much fun with this at the moment.

24.01.2022 Pt 2. Explores apostle Bay on Whitsunday Island from the Air. This is the second part in the "Tours from the Air" series. In the video you see lot of coral reef and explore some of the little secrets from the air. This is a way for people who have never seen The Whitsundays too enjoy a little taste of it in a semi- immersive experience. In future we hope to release virtual tours where you will be able to look around using your smartphone as the drone cruises over various destinations.

19.01.2022 This is my first space animation that is only 20 seconds long but took my computer 16 hours to render the scene because of the particle system and asteroid belt + camera motion. Pretty stoked with how it turned out. SOME NERDY FACTS: This is the first particle simulation I have done and the reason it took the computer so long to render the scene is because there are over 50,000 particles shooting from a central point at any one time. Each particle is actual a tiny cube. The asteroid belt as you can see turned out a bit glitchy as it morphs with the camera view i just learned. All out there is over 2 million faces in the scene in each frame which the computer has to figure out in 3D space while generating 50,000 particles and the camera is in motion. Safe to say. . . It's time to upgrade the computer.

16.01.2022 Doing something a little bit different. Some portrait photography for Tara down at hydeaway bay. These shots turned out pretty darn good if i do say so and using the neon lighting was something that i have had as an idea for a while now. the goal was too capture feminine energy in a natural setting. Hydeaway provides one of the best sunsets in the Whitsundays making for some epic shots. If anybody would like to do a creative shoot and have some ideas you would like to capture I'm taking bookings.

11.01.2022 Oops!! Just ordered the new heavy artillery. This camera isn't even out yet but once it drops the video quality of our products will go up 10 fold. This beast is capable of 4k at 120 frames per second!! that is insane. The Sony A7SIII is the first Mirrorless camera that is Video first in specs rather than Photography being the main feature and video as an added feature. The future is here and Colours and clouds media will be at the cutting edge in terms of quality and abilities the business can support.

09.01.2022 It was an absolute pleasure working alongside Mick from Reel Addiction Sport Fishing Whitsundays creating his promo video. Plenty of fish were caught and we finally got a chance to use the Sony camera in the underwater dive housing to get some cool underwater shots of the fish we caught. If you have ever wanted to catch massive game fish in the Whitsundays Including Sailfish and Marlin which call the Whitsundays home, then Reel addictions is the charter. Mick treats his cus...tomers with absolute respect and does everything in his power to help them land large game fish while out on his boat. To back it up, you launch from the beach on Cape Gloucester, which lately has been picture perfect and glassy, making for a great day of memory-making with family and friends. After the day of fishing, you can watch the sunset with a meal from Cape Gloucester Resort while mick fillets your catch. Having been on 3 trips now with Mick, I can vouch that this trip is well it. 08.01.2022 Who's a good boy? Testing out the new neon lighting on our fine subject Macca here. These photos were achieved with 1 doggy treat, a wall, and 2 RGB (Red, Green, Blue) lights. I would love to do some pet photography shoots sometime. If there is enough interest we might add it to the list of services we can offer.
07.01.2022 Sorry but I have to make a public post about my health here, but here goes. I snapped my collarbone in 3 pieces its been a difficult 2 weeks of some of the nastiest pain i have ever experienced. Waking up in hospital after going for a skateboard ride is one of the scariest things too happen too ones self. The doctor has instructed another week or 2 of rest then ill be able too swing the camera around like a dancer soon enough. I apologise for not being available at the moment as I'm injured and I thank everyone for their patience and understanding. I can't use the keyboard or my camera too well atm because of the position it puts my body in, but give me 2 more weeks and I should be fine. I can still operate my drone fine.
