Please be mindful we are a small business and clients not turning up for colour appointments greatly impact the salon, as well as other clients as they miss out. Unfortunately due to a high number of no shows lately, we have no choice but to reintroduce our cancellation policy going into our busy period. ... If you have not confirmed, cancelled or rescheduled your appointment 48 hours prior, you may lose your booking deposit. My apologies but I can no longer as a business afford no shows or late cancellations. Please note for all existing colour appointments your stylist will be calling you prior to arrange payment of the deposit to finalise your booking. Price is dependent on your service booked with the maximum deposit of 50% required to secure a booking. Thank you for your understanding and support.
