08.01.2022 Vale Terry Chakley It is with great sadness that we advise of the untimely passing of a long time friend of 121 Care, Terry Chakley. Terry was one of two people who set up 121 Care, previously Quality Lifestyle Alliance, in 1992 so that people with spinal injuries could live independently of their families. Terry has been a long time valued life member of our organisation, having served on our Management Committee until about 2013. Terry is survived by his sister Karen, h...is parents Mervyn and Bev, brothers Karl and David and his faithful Jack Russell terrier, Joss who will be heartbroken as she went everywhere with him. Our thoughts and condolences go out to his family and also to his staff, some of whom have been with him for 7 years. - Kym Chomley, CEO 121 Care. See more
