14.01.2022 Our Federal MP for Lindsay, Melissa McIntosh visited Colyton High School on Friday to join our students, Vice Captains and Principal, Mr Butler, in officially opening our new volleyball courts. She then enthusiastically swapped from heels into joggers to join excited Year 10 PASS students in a friendly, if not slightly competitive, game. But fun was definitely the winner here! Our new all-weather courts are very popular with students across all years and have been made possible through the Local Schools Community Fund. We thank Melissa and all those involved in delivering this great new resource to the students at Colyton High School. We will be enjoying it for many years to come!

Colyton High School is calling out to members of our local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community who would like to represent on a merit selection panel to fill some teacher vacancies at Colyton High School. Responsibilities include: Joining a panel as a team member to represent community Undertaking a short online training course in merit selection processes,... Being available to meet at negotiated times (usually up to 3 times) Be willing to contribute to the merit selection process to fill a vacancy such as writing the advertisement, shortlisting candidates, interviewing candidates and helping select successful candidates. This is a really valuable opportunity to represent community and contribute to the recruitment of quality teaching staff of Colyton High School. You may only be able to help with one panel, but that would still be a big help. Thank you for considering this call out to our community.
