13.01.2022 Day 2 Combat Training First up was some MMA basics with Glen followed a 4 station circuit - 5 minute rounds and everyone completed the circuit twice!! They practiced sprawling, pummelling and some ground n pound In the afternoon there was a sparring session! Everyone got their gear on, lined up and fought their way down the line - 1 minute rounds back to back ... Special mention to the following participants who contributed to their teams winning places in the camp Dakoda, Jaden, Jamie, Amanda who impressed every single one of the trainers with their attitude, tenacity and team work & Brooke, Tyler, Zac, Ciara for showing outstanding physical skills, sparring and combat training

12.01.2022 Day 1: Combat Course After a quick team meeting our combat course began!! In total it was a 5.5km run through the mountains, tallest hill being 365m high Participants had to navigate the steep hills and get through obstacles such as a log hurdle, water hole crossing and rock creek climbing ... Upon completing the run everyone was surprised by a JetSki ride around Lake Lindsay then a final swim back to camp Everyone did it within 1.5 hours Winners were Corey and Cody Runners up Zac and Tyler

01.01.2022 Martial Arts Camp #2 - March 19th - 21st 2021 We've spent the last month reflecting on the epicness of the last camp, and working out how to do it bigger, better, more challenging, more fun, more everything. You'll be able to register as elite or amateur, with a new elite level Combat Course. ... Both Combat Courses will have more obstacles and adventures within them. We're adding in weapons training to Combat Training. NEW Team Camp Zones - it will become a war! More Trophies up for grabs, with heaps of new categories to win! Ages 13+ ONLY.
