10.01.2022 How can we assist you Assistance with household tasks Helping you cook meals, grocery shopping and delivery, house and yard maintenance, cleaning and laundry ... Assistance with daily tasks Provide assistance to groups or individuals to help people be as independent as they can be. This could include taking people to do their shopping or social activities. Assistance with life stage transitions Building your skills to help you manage things like cooking, cleaning, getting dressed, using a computer or gardening more independently. Mentoring, peer support, individual skill development, and decision making to support people to make transitions on their own terms and in a way that meets their goals and aspirations. Assistance with daily personal activities Helping you get around the house with greater ease such as transfers from bed or chair to wheelchair or toilet. Helping you get going each morning with hoist assistance, getting dressed and ready for the day. Providing help with your personal care showering, toileting, teeth cleaning or shaving. Helping to ensure you take the right medication at the correct times. Helping you pay your bills on time so you don’t have to worry.
