These include: - All rooms professionally cleaned by a reputable commercial cleaning company using commercial-grade cleaning products. - Special attention paid to points of high contact including door handles, taps, remote controls, table surfaces, telephones and hand rails.... - All linen professionally laundered by a reputable commercial steam press laundry using high-temperature wash. - Regular sanitising of high traffic areas. - Hand sanitiser readily available in public areas. - All staff required to regularly wash hands. - All staff have downloaded the Australian Government’s COVIDSafe app. - Use of contactless payments strongly encouraged. - Regular assessments of all health and sanitation procedures. - Compliance with all NSW Health advice, in addition to all other local, state and federal health advice and requirements. - We have also temporarily suspended our breakfast buffet and are instead delivering breakfasts directly to rooms.
