Im looking for 2 or 3 flatmates to join me in my very Cosy, cool flat in the heart of North Ryde (walkable to Macquarie park station) THE FLAT... The Flat, which I currently live in, is situated in an excellent position within of North Ryde. Away from the main road with leafy landscape outlook plus modern interiors. 6 minutes walk to Macquarie Park Train Station, with bus stop right at the front of the block and minutes away from Macquarie Centre, Top Ryde Shopping Centre and North Ryde Golf Club. PAY WHAT YOU CAN AFFORD Im offering the rooms on a pay what you can afford basis. Im far more interested in finding the right people to share with, who Ill enjoy having around and add something to my life, than maximising my rent (and market rent round here would price some people out). So, if youre my perfect flatmate and happen to be volunteering and can only afford $100 per month, Id sooner take you over someone who can pay full whack but who isnt quite right. Im not after flatmates who just want cheaper rent though. Youll need to genuinely want to share with me - for your benefit as much as mine: The people you live with can be the difference between you dreading going home each day or having the time of your life. Even if this is the house of your dreams, I might be your flatmate from hell :) ME I am clean, tidy, easy going, chill, responsible, Happy to help out any way possible. I respect other people boundaries and never invade their space. Working most of the time but Happy to socialize as well. By the way, Im founder of comfyshare.com.au WHO IM LOOKING FOR I dont have any specific requirements really, as, from past experience, you cant predict who will make the best flatmates. I tend to like people who dont take themselves (or life) too seriously, but have a passion that they do take very seriously. ROOMS I have 2 rooms available. One is in the double bedroom (2 people can sleep). The second is a smaller room. Two rooms require to share one bathroom. Theres plenty of communal space. Fully furnished kitchen, laundry and living.
