Our Office in Wivenhoe, will effective immediately, be closed to the public. Appointments can be made if absolutely necessary.... 06.01.2022 Dear valued customers, suppliers and contractors, We are writing to you following the latest updates on the COVID-19 (Coronavirus). At this stage we remain open for business as usual with these temporary procedures put in place to limit exposure or spread of COVID19 Our showroom is open Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm but we do ask if you are displaying any symptoms or feeling unwell that you give us a call and we can assist over the phone.... When our Technicians/Sales Consultants arrive at your property we ask that you respect our decision to not shake hands. Any customer who is feeling unwell and showing any symptoms of the virus and are in insolation or have come in to contact with any person who has contracted the virus, are asked to reschedule their appointment by at least 14 days. Staff that develop any cold or flu like symptoms will immediately commence a period of quarantine away from the business and seek medical advice. Any clients known to have been in close contact will be advised. If you are making a payment our preferred payment method is via bank transfer or call our office to pay over the phone. If you are feeling unwell and showing symptoms of the virus or are in isolation, we ask that you call us in advance to re-schedule your appointment.
