20.01.2022 Despite all the crazy weather Tasmania has been enduring, the new Tyremax distribution centre at Western Junction, under project management by our team member Matthew Green is nearing completion on schedule.

19.01.2022 Commercial Project Delivery together with our Tasmanian client have invested significant time into this proposed development. Our in house town planner Chloe Lyne prepared a thorough proposal document in consultation with the Launceston City Council to make this stage possible. We look forward to the next stage of design with our clients architects to bring a development to the Launceston community that everyone can be proud of.

13.01.2022 HOTEL VERGE obtains planning approval. Congratulations to Lyndon and Julia for this outcome. This approval has been the result of well over 2 years of collaborative work with various parties. A positive outcome for our client. This is a well-considered design in response to feedback from the community and Launceston City Council (City of Launceston Official). Well done to Cumulus Architects (Cumulus Studio).... The planning report clearly outlines the strength of this application. The Alderman voted unanimously to support this Development application for very good reason. This process highlights how positive and proactive the Launceston City Council are and opens the door for other developments to follow a similar template which could help to unlock greater, quality opportunities for Launceston. Launceston will be home to a wonderful new hotel of high standard by late 2019. Launceston has never had a never had a more positive outlook. We are extremely grateful to Lyndon for giving Commercial Project Delivery the opportunity to be so intimately involved in the project. We are excited to start works on and delivering a valuable contribution to the city of Launceston.
