Our classes combine strength, stamina and mobility training both in and out of the gym. We incorporate circuits, boxing, functional training and tabata, meaning no two workouts are the same! These different methods of training ensure that your body is constantly being challenged on a consistent basis and to overcome plateau. Our PT sessions are 100% personalised and specifically designed for you to achieve results greater than you can manage on your own. Each session brings out innovative techniques and keeps you motivated. We also track your progress with fitness testing and body measurements on a regular basis. At Commit to be Fit we strive to ensure each individual achieves their desired health and fitness goals. Whether it be losing weight, toning up or simply improving lifestyle choices, we are here for you and happy to be apart of your health and fitness journey.

19.01.2022 Happy Easter everyone! Few tips for the long weekend. 1. Don't feel guilty: You're only human. You didn't get FIT from one salad and one workout. You won't put on heaps of weight from one cheat day and a rest. Enjoy your food. ... 2. Plan your indulgence meals: Try not to make meals a spur of the moment decision. This normally leads to extremely poor choices and overindulgence. 3. Don't forget everything you know about portion control: An indulgence meal should not be a licence to eat crap food ALL day long. Remember balance and remember your body still needs important nutrients to function well. 4. Move on: Don't let today trigger bad eating for the rest of the month or year. Enjoy your day, enjoy your food. Do it, love every second of it, then move on. I hope you all have an amazing weekend

12.01.2022 A friend of mine posted this earlier today and I haven't been able to stop thinking about it. Seriously, it has affected me pretty profoundly, especially the part about being able to see what being overweight looks like on the outside but not really being able to see what it's doing internally. Just the motivation I need to continue making healthy food choices and exercising. My body is my home. "This image shows a 113kg woman on the left and a 54kg woman on the right. We ...can see weight gain from the outside, but we usually can't see what it's doing on the inside. Look at the fat surrounding the organs in the woman on the left. Do you also see the fat around her heart and around her brain? A little scary, isn't it? Look at the compression around the stomach and internal organs. Do you think that would have any impact on GERD and indigestion? Look at the compressed knee joints. Do you think those joints ache a little more than they should? I know it can be hard to get healthy but isn't your life / your health / you being comfortable in your own body (inside and out) worth it???"
