17.01.2022 Hey There Yep as we all no Melbourne is in stage 4 lockdown so yep that means I’m unable to help face 2 face training until advised otherwise. However we have our Free Facebook Workouts so check that out via our Facebook page. Step 1. Find our page. Step 2. Scroll until you find Lounge Room Lockdown Free Workouts Group. Step 3. Request to join and I’ll take it from there. Then every Wednesday And Friday at 6:30am I’ll do it with you then I’ll leave the recording there for those of you who could not attend. Image Messaging! You can now message me your before/after photos, to prove you did your homework and tried that quinoa salad, or flick me a cheery selfie! This will greatly increase accountability for your programs. What’s new in v2020.7.23: Brand new send and receive image messages within the app. Message notification badges (so I never miss a message again!) Form (technique) input improvements from coach to client. Password reset option for clients. You can get your hands on the new update by downloading it from their app store. Also, make sure you turn on camera permission for justcoach app - in the app setting - to use in-app image upload features. Will you be using this new feature?
