22.01.2022 [Tight lower back?] Try this simple stretch. It's similar to that of a Child's Pose in Yoga however the knees are slightly off the ground and you'll need to be on your toes. Try to keep you butt as close as possible to the heels of your feet and stretch the arms out straight. Great for the lower back, lats and hips. Give it a try now.
22.01.2022 Feeling a little tight and sleepy sitting at your desk? Get up and out of your chair and give this a try. This stretch is great opening the hip joint, and promoting entire spine extension (which is the complete opposite to sitting in a chair). Stay in this position for as long as it's comfortable then relax and repeat. Let's us know how good you feel afterwards.

18.01.2022 [Hips and Butt giving you trouble] This runners stretch with rotations are amazing for loosening up the hip flexors (basically the muscles responsible for how your hips react to movement and stationary sitting). If these muscles are tight, it can change your posture during exercise and may cause injury. Give this stretch a go to improve hip flexibility and spine rotation.

10.01.2022 Today was the end of an era. This was our last Saturday morning session at Kangaroo Point. I remember rocking up at KP 6 years ago and being the only training group around and having the stairs all to ourselves. Of the years we've seen different groups come and go and more and more people taking advantage of the amazing location. Brisbane's active lifestyle is evident every day at KP. I still believe KP is the best place to train in Brisbane! How many cities in the world offe...r that kind view and that kind of training landscape!
