They are just trying to learn ... Or better yet why not invest an hour of your own time to induct them properly so they know you value them! And maybe some of their ideas are actually good for the organisation.

22.01.2022 Feeling a bit like Gillard myself. In my expert opinion committees sometimes suck! Walking away from a fight is never much fun but I'm hoping that some time in the future I'll do a "Rudd" and stage a come back when this club is ready for me. Well it keeps me "real" but today I could use a hug :-(
