22.01.2022 Today, we’ve announced the next phase of our support that will be made available to eligible home, business and equipment loan customers already impacted by coronavirus. Eligible customers may be able to extend their existing loan repayment deferrals by up to 4 months, depending on individual circumstances, after September. There’s nothing you need to do. Rather than reaching out to us, we’ll be in touch with you as you approach the end of your loan repayment deferral period with the options available to you. This doesn’t impact current loan repayment deferrals, which will continue for the remainder of the 6 month period, unless you cancel it sooner. For more info on how we’re supporting customers through these changing times visit: commbank.com.au/coronavirus.

03.01.2022 I’ve come to realise that a little guidance can go a long way. Recently, a customer came to me because he needed help to save money better. What I didn’t realise at first was that my guidance helped him to save the money he needed to pay for his wife’s medical treatment. It’s situations like this that make my job so rewarding.
