In an age where everything is online, now is working your business should start making more of the digital channel available. Even if you can't provide your normal service, you can prepare people for the future.... You can give meaningful information away. You can find out what your audience needs and help them. You can continue to engage them - so when ready, they will remain loyal and not simply forget who you are, and realise they don't need you. #momentum

16.01.2022 What does it take for someone to start talking positively about your business? What any business wants is unsolicited positive feedback which results in additional work coming your way. In other words referrals!... Do you want to be more successful in getting more from your existing clients? In an age where everything is reviewed online, with complaints easier to make than ever, receiving unsolicited positive feedback is not easy. Let's face it, when we are happy with a purchase, unless we get asked to put a review online some time later, we don't tend to publicly say how great the product/service is. Wouldn't it be great if people were doing this? The key to people talking about your business publicly in a positive way involves a change in mindset and messaging.
