18.01.2022 Hello! I’m Tegan, the passionate Speech Pathologist behind ‘Communicate With Me Speech Pathology’. Additionally, I am the mother of two young girls. I have enjoyed every minute of watching them learn, grow and discover the world around them. I understand that parenting is a rewarding (at times challenging) journey and that as parents, we strive to support our children as best we can. Together, I’d love to build, improve, and enhance your child’s ability to communicate. I gra...duated with a Bachelor of Speech Pathology (Honours) from the University of Queensland and have additional qualifications in Clinical Leadership. Throughout my 10+ years as a speech pathologist, I have worked with infants, children and adolescents (and their families) with an array of speech and language delays and disorders. I have worked extensively with school teams to support children with literacy (reading and writing) difficulties through assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning. I have skills in supporting communication for children with disabilities, particularly working with children requiring augmentative and alternative forms of communication (AAC). I strive to provide high quality services and individualized treatment plans, to help children reach their fullest communication potential.
