Community Connection Supports also offers services in and around the home including yard and garden work, cleaning and rubbish removal. Community Connection Supports provides home modification services involving designing and installing safety rails, hand rails, ramps and much more. We also have a proud history of working with people that are homeless or at risk of homelessness, providing outreach, assisting with Office of Housing Applications and supporting clients with private rental applications and advocacy. Community Connection Supports works with individuals that are self funded and NDIS funded. We are also NDIS registered.
