12.01.2022 Community Access Care is looking for new staff to join our team. We are seeking committed, motivated and dynamic people who are qualified and experienced in home and community-based support primarily in the disability support industry. Employment will start immediately on a casual basis with a minimum three (3) month trial period.... Successful applicants will need to be: -Client focused, caring and compassionate -Qualified with a minimum Cert III in Individual Support or equivalent (enrolled studying toward will be considered) -Willing to work some evenings/after hours and weekends -Understanding of client's personal situations and able to maintain client confidentiality. In addition to their qualifications, successful applicants will be required to have: - Current first aid & CPR certificate - National Police Check (within the past 6 months) -Valid Blue Card with Yellow Card Exemption -Current QLD driver's licence -Roadworthy vehicle with full comprehensive insurance (allowances are paid/km if your vehicle is used to provide community-based support) -Completed COVID Safe online certificate Please email a Cover Letter and your up-to-date Resume to [Email address hidden]

06.01.2022 We had the most amazing fun at our End Of Year Party on Saturday. Giant Slide, Dunk the Support Worker , Clowns, Face Painting, Activities and lots more. We would like to say a huge Thank you to all of our Participants and Families for all of your support throughout 2020.... We have made some Beautiful friendships... Looking forward to 2021 with you all. Thank you to Charlotte for capturing these awesome moments. 03.01.2022 It has been a busy start to the school holidays. The kids are enjoying the school holiday program. A day trip to Hervey Bay yesterday to play putt and lunch on the Pier. ... Building friendships, working as team and building social skills. It was a beautiful day.
