This is good value . Byron Shire with its Multi Use Rail Corridor running very light rail vehicles has a ratio of 1 . This is not good .

Helped David for an hour today . Councillor Alan Hunter moved a motion to make the old railway corridor into a wildlife corridor and planting of native species but the Green Councillors knocked it on the head! This is a true story . You couldn’t make this up unless in a Greens mad council . Thinking I will start a comedy TV show like Seinfeld but call it Greensfeld.
